Annual Rolando Jimenez Memorial Crawfish Boil & Charity Event.

No cost (donation only) charity event open to the public with food, silent auction and live music.

Leading up to and during the event we take donations for the cause of the year. We also hold a silent auction at the event. Every dollar is contributed to the charitable cause. No money goes towards the cost of the event. The hosts completely cover the event cost to maximize donations to the cause. We do not charge for entry to the event or for the food, we simply ask that you donate to the cause whatever amount your heart tells you to.

We raised over $15,000 for the charitable cause last year. We have set a charitable goal this year of $20,000. With our expected number of guests and direct donations and the silent auction, we should approach that goal. Let’s blow it out of the water!

Our Annual Crawfish Boil is always a very fun event. The years following Ro’s passing are no different. We know Ro is looking down on us proud of the good we are doing in his name. So come out, eat some mud bugs, have a cold beverage, bid on an item or make a donation and listen to some great music.

The beneficiary of this year's event is the family of Dakota Blythe.

Dakota Joe Blythe of Whitesboro, TX died unexpectedly after a tragic work accident on June 17, 2023 at the age 34 leaving behind his wife Jennifer Blythe and his young daughters Olivia and Amelia.

Event Schedule:

3:00 pm - Guests are welcome to start showing up

3:30 pm - Food will start coming out

4:00 pm - Silent auction opens

5:00 pm - The band starts

8:00 pm - Silent Auction ends

8:30 pm - Approx. start time of Live auction   

Food will continue to come out all evening until we run out (we rarely run out). We will try to get the live auction started and wrapped up as fast as we can, but it is unpredictable. Please be patient with us as we process payments and get items to auction winners. The event should be completely wrapped up by 10:00 pm but the venue is open until midnight. Once our band is finished the venue will be hosting Karaoke. All guests are welcome to stay until close.
